The Dangers of Deception

In this message from Matthew 7:15-23, Jesus warns us about the dangers of deception through both false messages and false measurements. We are challenged to examine the voices we allow to shape our lives, recognizing that truth produces the fruit of faith, hope, love, peace, and security, while lies lead to confusion, fear, and division. The sermon reminds us that God is not measuring us by our gifts, achievements, or outward actions, but by the fruit His Spirit is producing within us through a genuine relationship with Him. Salvation is not something we earn, but something we receive by God's grace as we realize our need, repent, and receive what Christ has done for us.
